Technical Requirements

Q. What are the minimum system requirements in order to access the virtual memorial?
A. The virtual memorial will be presented on the ON24 webinar platform. You do not need to download or install an application or special software in advance of the service - view and listen to the service using an Internet Browser on your computer or mobile device.

Here are the supported system configurations. If you are using an unsupported version of a Windows, Mac or Linux operating system, you may experience difficulty in viewing and/or listening to the service.

A. Here are the latest versions of Internet Browsers that are supported by the ON24 platform.
Q. What is the minimum internet connection speeds required to access the memorial service?
A. Before you access the service, you should ensure that your browser is configured to stream media. You will need a minimum Internet connection of 800 Kbps for an optimal experience.

A. Your microphone will be muted during the service and a camera is not required.
